The body is made from POM (polyoxymethylene) and it has a nickel-plated finish that protects it from contaminants and rust. It works with dry air systems and has a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and operating temperature range of 0°C to +60°C. All thats needed to disconnect the adapter is a simple push on the POM sleeve and then pulling the tube away from the fitting. The threads are Teflon-coated too, which ensures a tight fit and easy coupling. Youll find this used in compressors or air motors.
