The compact ioniser, which is usually placed at one end of a workbench, uses steady-state DC ionisation. This means it uses a lower operating current to efficiently produce ions, making it a good option for clean rooms. It will neutralise a 1,000 V charge to 100 V in less than 1.5 seconds at a distance of 30 cm. The sealed thru-tunnel airflow design creates a constant flow across the workspace. The ioniser comes with an emitter point cleaner pack and a certificate of calibration. Power cords can be purchased separately. As part of the RS PRO range, the ioniser has been stringently tested, so you can be confident of its quality and performance.
