Made from high-density (HD) polyether polyurethane, the 6 mm-thick foam is impregnated with rigid conductive latex and offers excellent pin insertion properties, meaning its well-suited for holding small devices in place. This feature is especially handy when packaging and transporting small and sensitive pieces of equipment ??just push your component onto the foam so it stays in place without tumbling about. You can rest assured direct or vapour contact with the foam will not corrode non-ferrous metals such as zinc and nickel, even at raised temperatures or humidity.
