The Aim-TTi TG1006 function generator has been developed from the Aim-TTi TG300 ; TG550 series analog function generators. Unlike those earlier models, the TG1006 uses Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) frequency generation for greater accuracy, increased stability, wider frequency range coverage and excellent frequency agility. DDS generates waveforms using a phase accumulator, look-up table and DAC.
