Its suitable for operating frequencies in the dc to 6 GHz range and is designed for the 50 Ω impedance applications common in data and wireless communications. Termination is by crimp for safe and reliable connections. The connector has been tested against a range of international standards to ensure it wont damage equipment via electrostatic discharge (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007). It also contains minimal amounts of hazardous substances (RoHS).
