When paired with its corresponding female receptacle, this straight cable mount connector creates stable transmission lines that are perfect for conveying data. Used in a wide range of radio and wired applications, this connector performs particularly well at microwave frequencies (e.g. with portable radios and mobile phone antennas). Its finished with high-quality gold contact plating that protects against corrosion. TNC connectors have a similar design to BNCs, but with a threaded screw-fit mechanism rather than a bayonet. Crafted with weatherproof materials, its secure screw-fit mechanism protects against vibration and external electromagnetic interference.
