This fuse has a voltage rating of 550 V AC. Its gG rated for general use, and will typically blow within two to five seconds at five times the rated current, and within 0.1 to 0.2 seconds at ten times the rated current. High-rupturing, it will withstand the high pressure developed during a short-circuit. As part of the RS PRO series, this British standard fuse has been stringently tested. Its compliant with BS 88 and IEC 60269 standards, so meets the specifications for British standard fuses.
