It contains synthetic diamond particles for use as an abrasive for polishing and cleaning. The paste has a grit size of 3 micrometres. The natural hardness of diamonds means its useful for rapid stock removal of particles up to 90 microns in size, or superfinishing tasks for particles as small as 1/15 of a micron in size. It uses De Beers??synthetic diamonds with an octahedral shape for consistent performance. You can mix the paste with oil and water or lubricate it with RS diamond lubricant, and it also reduces friction-generated heat.
