The base is produced from polyurethane making it extremely hard-wearing. Ideal for areas where the bollard is not needed as a constant fixture but may be knocked repeatedly at low speeds. RS PRO has designed these security post bases that can be permanently installed so that the post can be made to be removable, once removed the base can have the box closed meaning there is no hole in the ground. They are particularly good for car parking spaces or loading bays that need access at certain times of days but only by authorised personnel and vehicles.
