They offer bi-directional overvoltage protection as well as EMI/RFI attenuation in a single SMT package. This allows designers the ability to combine the circuit protection and EMI/RFI attenuation function into a single highly reliable device. Products have been tested, qualified, and specified to 175ºC and they do not require any derating over specified operating temperature range. Available in 0603 and 0805 case size with 18Vdc and 31Vdc working voltage, energy rating 0.1J and 0.3J, peak current 30 ??120A and capacitance 90 ??450pF. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +175°C with no derating.
