These single pole solid state relays have normally open (1-Form-A) contacts and have an integrated current limit feature. They have an optically isolated MOSFET switch that provides fast turn-on of loads up to 600 mArms (dc only) or 300 mArms (ac/dc circuits). They also provide 3750 Vrms of input/output isolation. Fast turn-on is achieved by using an external charge storage capacitor. The device charges the capacitor (through bootstrap diodes) from the load voltage. This eliminates the need for an additional power supply. Thermal shutdown improves survivability in harsh environments making them ideal for use in a wide variety of applications. They are also compact in size making them ideal for use on circuit boards where space is at a premium.
