Lumel ??s RE70 00E0 model PID Temperature Controller is a digital controller specifically designed for implementation in systems used to control temperature parameters in furnaces, dryers, injection moulding machines whilst still suitable for other less specific applications. Featuring basic on/off control as well as PID control, the RE70 00E0 can utilise the PID auto-tune function for fast and reliable commissioning and if a system needs to be restarted, reset or altered, recommissioning the unit is an easy and smooth procedure. The RE70 00E0 ??s universal input allows for both RTD and TC sensors for versatility in application. This versatility allows this temperature controller to be best utilised with the most appropriate sensor for the system. With the ability to control -200°C systems right through to 1767°C applications, the specifically designed controller is most suited for most extreme systems such as heating furnaces, moulding machines and dryers there higher temperatures and require more extreme temperature control. Suitable for use in wet zones, the RE70 has an IP65 rated facia to protect from both dust and water spray from all directions whereas the controller ??s body is IP20, giving not protecting from water or excessive dust. Mounting this controller in a sealed unit via a standard 48 x 48 mm cut out provides both easy and safe use in any application. Features and Benefits.
