The TO-5 RF300 repeatable RF relay, along with the RF303 and GRF303 sensitive repeatable RF relays are ultra-miniature, hermetically sealed with DPDT contact configurations designed to provide improved RF signal repeatability over the frequency range with excellent signal integrity up to 10Gbps. The through hole mount RF303 (stock numbers ; 758-2521 758-2521 and ; 758-2518 758-2518 ) and the surface mount GRF303 (stock numbers ; 758-2483 758-2483 and ; 758-2489 758-2489 ) are sensitive coil versions of the through hole mount RF300 (stock numbers ; 399-9436 399-9436 and ; 399-9442 399-9442 ), they have twice the coil resistance of the standard version so require half the power to operate. The RF300 ( ; 399-9436 399-9436 and ; 399-9442 399-9442 ) has a 6.99mm profile height, the RF303 ( ; 758-2521 758-2521 and ; 758-2518 758-2518 ) has a 9.78mm profile and the GRF303 ( ; 758-2483 758-2483 and ; 758-2489 758-2489 ) has a 10.6mm profile height. The surface mount GRF303 TO-5 relays feature a unique ground shield that isolates and shields each lead to ensure excellent contact-to-contact and pole- to-pole isolation. This ground shield provides a ground interface that results in improved high frequency performance as well as parametric repeatability. These TO-5 relays are designed for use in RF attenuator switching, wireless LAN and many other applications that require dependable high performance in which high speed signals must be transferred.
