It also has high tensile strength, doesnt contaminate other materials and is abrasion-resistant. Each EPDM rubber sheet has a Water Regulations Advisory Scheme approval to BS6920-1:2000 and is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS).
