The eight cores are made up of seven strands of 0.19 mm² grade 1 tinned annealed copper, which is corrosion-resistant. The eight cores are contained within a white PVC sheath and each one can cope with up to 50 V and has a current rating of 1 A. EThanks to a ripcord, you can easily strip back the sheath to access the cores. Operational at temperatures between -50°C to +70°C, this multicore security cable has a variety of uses, including in monitoring and surveillance systems. In the event of a fire, it wont release harsh chemicals as it is free of lead, tin and halogen.
