시리즈 LEDs. The VLMx33 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, is an advanced LED based on the VLMx31 series. The VLMx33 LEDs are designed with larger chips and therefore can withstand a 50mA drive current. The VLMx33 LEDs are in the standard PLCC-2 package which consists of a lead frame embedded in white thermoplast. A reflector inside the LED is filled with a clear epoxy. Suitable applications for the VLMx33 LEDs include; traffic signs/signals, interior lighting, exterior lighting, dashboard illumination, indicators and backlighting..
