Its suitable for use in various industrial applications, like in the medical, aviation, automotive and marine fields. The product uses a piezo-resistive strain gauge sensor, which converts pressure into a linearly-proportional analogue electrical signal of between 4 mA and 20 mA. Its enclosed within a stainless steel housing and has an operational temperature range of -20°C to +125°C. Theres a 1/4-inch threaded connector to attach to a panel or housing so the sensor comes into contact with the medium. Electrical connections to the switch are made using a four-pin M12 connector.
