It has a metric female thread with a pitch of 1.5 mm and comes with both a tapped hole and an earth screw in the base for holding the fitting in place. As part of the RS PRO series, this product meets rigorous safety and quality standards. It offers IP67 protection from dust particles and can be submerged in up to 1 metre of water for 30 minutes. It also meets British and international standards for wiring and electrical equipment enclosures.
