The blue polyurethane-bodied model ( ; 361-1833 361-1833 ) is suitable for use within sewers and industrial waste systems. The design incorporates a self-weighted cable end float switch for use within turbulent industrial fluids and fluids with suspended agglomerates, such as sewer water. The red-bodied model ( ; 361-1849 361-1849 ) is suitable for use in with fuel oils, such as diesel. Features. o - Water resistant up to a depth of 100m, and insensitive to humidity and condensation o - Rounded polyethylene blow-moulded body to prevent the accumulation of solids o - Switching capacity: 10A at 250Vac o - Hermetically-sealed closed-cell expanded polyurethane moulding surrounds the switch fitted with internal weight fixing the centre of gravity and rotation close to the cable entry; External counterweight supplied to adjust the pivot position o - Fitted with 5m cable (PVC cable fitted to blue-bodied model for sewer/waste water ( ; 361-1833 361-1833 ); polyurethane cable fitted to red-bodied model ( ; 361-1849 361-1849 ) for fuel oil environments)
