The probes 4-wire connection lead is unterminated to enable connection with other components. Above the needle housing is a bulbous handle that lets you push the probe easily to penetrate the surface of semi-solid materials. The temperature probe comes with a 2-metre cable, making it mobile enough to suit large working environments. The needle of this probe is made of food-grade stainless steel.
