The sheet also has a 0% water absorption rate, ensuring packaged products remain safely sealed from moisture. This PETG sheet has been approved by the FDA for use with food and pharmaceutical products. The glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate material is resistant to chemicals and has a UL 94 flammability rating, so it will self-extinguish in the event of a fire.
