■ 제품사양
Inside Diameter = 55mm Outside Diameter = 90mm Roller Bearing
타입 = Taper Race Width = 23mm Bore
타입 = Parallel SKF Tapered Roller Bearing, 55 mm ID - 32011 X Achieve true rolling action and minimal friction with this single-row, tapered roller bearing from SKF. The products design enables both radial and axial load bearing simultaneously. These bearings offer great versatility too, as the components are interchangeable. The inner ring with its roller and cage assembly (cone) can be mounted separately from the outer ring (cup), allowing easy dismounting for routine servicing or maintenance inspections. For oscillating applications, a rigid bearing can be achieved by adjusting a single-row, tapered roller against a second unit and applying a pre-load.??Parallel bore type ??Inside diameter of 55 mm ??Outside diameter of 90 mm ??Race width of 23 mm Application Information ??Industrial automation ??Domestic appliancesThe SKF single row tapered roller bearings are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e. simultaneously acting radial and axial loads. The projection lines of the raceways meet at a common point on the bearing axis to provide a true rolling action and therefore low frictional moments during operation. The axial load carrying capacity of tapered roller bearings increases with increasing contact angle α. The size of the contact angle, which is usually between 10° and 30°, is related to the calculation factor e the larger the value of e, the larger the contact angle. Whats the purpose of a rigid bearing? Low friction Enhanced operational reliability Rigid bearing application A single row tapered roller bearing is typically adjusted against a second tapered roller bearing. By applying a preload, a rigid bearing application can be achieved. Running-in period with reduced temperature peaks Separable and interchangeable The inner ring with roller and cage assembly (cone) can be mounted separately from the outer ring (cup). Furthermore, the separable components (fig. 6) are interchangeable. This facilitates mounting, dismounting and also maintenance inspection routines.Rigid bearings are necessary when oscillating movement is required. This is of particular importance where weight limitations or clearance areas are a consideration. Why should I use tapered roller bearings? Tapered bearings cut friction which means greater reliability and lower maintenance costs. Service life is long too, thanks to even load distribution and reduced stress peaks.
