The cable has conductors laid flat, are glassfibre insulated with glassfibre overall and silicone varnished throughout which offers protection and insulation of the wires. This type of wire also has a stainless steel overbraid and therefore has a high reliability, especially when being used for a long period of time in challenging environments. The cables have a tolerance class of 2 making this type of cable have a good temperature resistance but not suitable where fluids are present. The thermocouple cables can be used in a wide range of temperatures from ??0°C to 350°C (with short periods up too 400).
