Its magnetic interface means it will uncouple cleanly from a compatible female connector if the cable is pulled or dragged, without causing damage to your equipment. The connector sits in a durable thermoplastic housing that protects against changes in temperature. It has a two-way solder connection and a gold-plated copper alloy charging ring that ensures effective conductivity while protecting against corrosion. A temperature-resistant silicone finish prevents the gasket from shrinking or cracking. This connector is an effective choice for charging equipment including medical and instrumentation devices and has been stringently tested.
