It allows a bandwidth of 1GHz (1000MHz), memory depth up to 80MS and sampling rate up to 5GS/s. It has a 10 bit analogue to digital converter and active inputs for automatic probe management. This is a bench type oscilloscope and has a large capacitive touch display of 10.1in with a high resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It has two analogue channels and offers advanced frequency domain analysis with a simple RF setup. It performs multiple functions like logical and protocol analyser, waveform and pattern generator for quick and efficient analysis. This oscilloscope also acts as digital voltmeter for simultaneous and precise measurements.
