It allows a bandwidth of 100MHz, memory depth up to 4MS and sampling rate up to 5GS/s. It has a 10 bit analogue to digital converter that offers sharper waveforms with more signal details. This oscilloscope has a large capacitive touch display of 10.1in with a high resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It has two channels. This oscilloscope multi-functions as a logical and protocol analyser, waveform and pattern generator for quick and efficient analysis.
